After the conversation, conversation history can be resent on email by several ways:

1. Chat actions → Email transcript to client

2. Chat actions → Email transcript to yourself

3. Send conversation transcript to specific emails addresses automatically when closed (read more about closing chat conversations)

4. Send transcripts to customers
