Add CTA buttons to your emails to increase engagement and click-through rate.

CTA (Call to Action) buttons are an inherent part of conversional marketing. HelpCrunch offers an option to insert buttons into your chat and email (auto and manual) messages.

Add button to chat messages: simply select a rectangle icon in the menubar

Add button to email messages: 'Insert' menu → Button

Next you can customize your button appeareance (text, link etc...)
