CTA  (Call to Action) buttons are an inherent part of conversional marketing. HelpCrunch offers an option to insert buttons into your chat and email (auto and manual) messages.

• Add button to chat messages: simply select a rectangle icon in the menubar

• Add button to email messages:  'Insert' menu → Button

Next you can customize your button appeareance (text, link etc...)
