After a while, push notifications from HelpCrunch SDK aren't coming through. Why does this happen?
Solution:
First of all, ensure that the "Focus Mode" is turned off on your phone, as it could be blocking notifications from showing up.
Android OS selects the priority of displaying notifications based on the activity of the application. If the user spends little time in the application, the system can restrict the delivery of Firebase notifications.
You can solve this problem by setting the maximum priority in the application's power consumption settings. In addition, we recommend checking the Firebase settings and the presence of a token in the android application in HelpCrunch Settings → Android Apps to be sure everything is set up properly.
