Remove the HelpCrunch branding from your chat widget

Unbrand your chat widget to make it look like an integral part of your website or product.

From the beginning, your chat widget will have a little branding at its bottom saying “Powered by HelpCrunch”.

You can hide this HelpCrunch label whenever you want. Just go to Settings → Website Widgets → Your Website → 'Widget Customization' tab and check the corresponding box.

Note that the unbranding option is only available starting from our Premium subscription plan.
