Send email notifications with new replies to customers

Better customization for reply notificaiton emails.

If you enable Resend Chat Messages via Email If They Stay Unseen option, we’ll be sending Reply Notification emails to your customers containing all replies from agents that the customers missed in the chat. For better customization, you can change any text of the Reply Notification email in Settings → Reply Notification
